How Do I List My Business On Creative Valleys
Are you interested in listing your arts groups, organisation, event or business on the Creative Valleys website? Then you’ll need to first register you’re organisation as a Tourism Operator with The Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) before you can begin adding your events. Please contact Arts upper Hunter or ATDW if you are having issues uploading your information, or if it does not appear on the website. What is ATDW?
The Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) is Australia’s national platform for digital tourism information visitor centres and tourism authorities use to “harvest” information about what’s on, where to visit and what to do.
Eligible community groups and tourism businesses can easily create a listing for their gallery, museum, cultural group, public art, tours, event, creative business, workshops and more, free of charge.
These listings appear on websites such as australia.com, BIG4 Holiday Parks in New South Wales | Caravan Parks & Resorts New South Wales, Australia | Official NSW Tourism Website (visitnsw.com) and other ATDW distributor websites, such as Arts Upper Hunter Creative Valley; Upper Hunter Cultural Maps.

Whats the Best Image Format?
Minimum photo size is 1600 x 1200 pixels
Landscape (horizontal) orientation only, not portrait
.jpg or .png format only
Maximum photo size is 10MB
Images must showcase your event and appeal to your chosen market
Posters, brochures, logos or photos with written text look bad and are rarely accepted
Alternative Text (Alt text) is mandatory. Write a brief description of what is in the photo. This benefits the visually impaired.
Never use images you don’t have permission to use and Include image copyright information along with the ALT text above.
How Can We be Added to A Cultural Trail?
Yes, if you specifically wish to be added to a trail, or your organisation or event is not showing up in you desired category, please get in touch with Arts Upper Hunter https://artsupperhunter.com/contact/
How Can I Add My Event?
Set up a free account with ATDW (Australian Tourism Data Warehouse) and list your event for free. Please look at our Resources page for detailed information.
WhAt Are The Benefits OF Using ATDW?
ATDW is free, quick and easy to use. Your organisation, business or event goes into a large online library from which tourism websites will draw your content. It costs you nothing. Your information can only be accessed by distributors who have paid a fee to utilise the content.
I need to Update My Listing, How Do I Do That?
Log into your ATDW account and update your changes. If you are having trouble please contact Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) or Contact – Arts Upper Hunter.
How Much Does It Cost To List Here?
It is free to list with ATDW and the Creative Valleys website.
